Jeera (Cumin seeds) ek prasiddh masala aur aushadhiya paudha hai, jiska vaigyanik naam Cuminum cyminum hai. Bharat mein iska upyog khane ka swad badhane ke saath-saath dawa ke roop mein bhi hota hai.
